PIGEONWAVE - Performance with Gábor János Halász

4 TVs, endless text, and one sleeping man. In this installation and performance, you can get an insight to Gabor’s dreams. Some by voice recording, some by text, and some live too! He is an exhibition object, asleep, and wakes up every 30 minutes to tell you about the dream he just had. They are fighting for bread. They show dominance, then they eat the bread or just leave it. Pigeons eat bread and drink water. They poke at each other to get the best crumbs. In Budapest, they bathe in the fountains. Crows eat pigeons and drink their blood. In New York, pigeons assimilate into concrete after their dead bodies are being run over for weeks on end. The crumbs of dreams are buildings, travels, spacetravels, red buildings, and maybe sex too.
